This delicious quiche is perfect for a quick and easy meal which will satisfy all appetites.
You can replace any of the veg with other yummy substitutes to suit your own taste.
What you need
3 cups spinach
5 rashers bacon
1/2 cup grated cheese (any you like)
3/4 cup corn kernels
5 eggs
salt & pepper to taste
What to do
Grease quiche dish (or any dish you have on hand). Pregeat oven to 180ยฐC
Roughly chop spinach. Cut bacon into small pieces
Put all ingredients into a bowl and stir until well combined
Pour into the quiche dish then pop into the oven on the middle rack
Cook for 35-40 minutes. Check firmness of the quiche at 30 minutes. Your quiche is ready when the middle is form to touch.
A really simple dish for your kids to make or help you in the kitchen.
Enjoy with a garden salad or roast veggies.
