When you read the labels on this product (which by the way is promoting itself as being natural) you will notice the ingredients I have underlined are not real ingredients at all and way too many of those ingredients are sugar: glucose syrup, sugar, maltodextrin, caramelised sugar syrup; with a total of 6.4 g sugar per muesli bar which is equivalent to 1 1/2 teaspoons. A woman should consume no more than 6 teaspoons per day and 9 for men. Children should be limited to 3 teaspoons per day.
